I actually forgot what the inspiration for this was. All I can remember is it was going to originally be a woman in a dress (look between the eyes). I did this at Barnes and Noble, it kind of reminds me of Max from “Sam & Max”.

I was sitting in Barnes and Noble when this old guy…with who I assume was his grandkid was complaining about having to drive his grandkid around…It made me mad. This is the result, freaking cry baby. This was actually inspired by a piece from the band “Maps & Atlases”, so I can’t really take all the credit for this.

This was inspired by watching a lot of “Samurai Jack”…specifically the alice in wonderland episode.

The concept behind this was supposed to be an epic ongoing battle between the two. A lot like Tom and Jerry…Itchy and Scratchy…all the great feuds.

When I was little, I used to watch this show called “Doodlebug”. They would draw one line and base the rest of the picture off what they could make off that line. This is the process I use when I don’t have any ideas for drawing in my mind…this is one of those drawings.

I had an idea, I was going to try my hand at drawing. This is the first picture I had ever tried to draw. Enjoy.
